History

In spring 2000 the M-Facility GmbH was founded primarily with the aim, to sustainably manage its own real estate holdings.

Growth being the long-term goal of every company, the M-Facility decided to expand and operate on the open market, offering their knowledge in successful and efficient property and facility management.

Following success, real estate holdings have been increasing consistently for the past 10 years.

As a property- and facilities management company the M-Facility GmbH manages national and international commercial properties and industrial areas, with customers, in a wide variety of sectors.
